Supervisor John Zaragoza joins Third District Supervisor Candidate Martin Hernandez on the campaign trail by hosting a mobile campaign office in South Oxnard. The mobile office will be parked on the west side of Marina West Park near the corner of Novato Drive and Hill Street in Oxnard.
As a demonstration of his support, Supervisor Zaragoza will accompany Martin Hernandez beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2016. Together they will walk the South Oxnard precinct, meeting residents and discussing concerns related to their community.
Hernandez has dedicated his career to Public Service and has built long-term trusting alliances both, within County Government and in the field with Community, Government, Union and Business leaders throughout the district. He is committed to making sure the people of Ventura County have a voice.
Supervisor John C. Zaragoza elected to the Ventura County Board of Supervisors in November 2008 has joined Supervisor Kathy Long and other local elected officials in endorsing Martin Hernandez for Board of Supervisors, representing the Third District.
Martin Hernandez is currently Mayor of Santa Paula and Chief of Staff for Supervisor Kathy Long who is retiring at the end of this year. Mayor Hernandez announced his candidacy on March 7, 2016.
