On Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 10:25 p.m., the Ventura Police Department Command Center received a call from the victims reporting a shooting that had occurred in the area of Oyster Street and Seaview Avenue in the City of Ventura.
The four victims had a brief encounter with a male and female suspect at the McDonald’s restaurant located at 2137 E. Harbor Boulevard in Ventura.  The victims left the restaurant parking lot in their vehicle and noticed the suspects, in a white ford F150, were following them. The victims attempted to lose the suspects in the area of Oyster Street and Seaview Avenue. The suspects’ vehicle passed by theirs and a single gunshot was fired, striking the door of the victims’ vehicle.  No one inside of the vehicle was injured. Suspects are described as a Hispanic Male, 18-20, 5’08, 140 lbs., shaved head; and a Hispanic Female, 18-20, 5’02, 105 lbs., red and orange streaked hair.
The victims then fled the area and contacted police to report the incident. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact the Ventura Police Department at 339-4488.
